Labels used: are decal labels, opaque labels, rolls.
Label roll outer diameter: <=200 mm. Label roll core diameter: 75 mm
Waterproof, anti-slip plastic chain conveyor connected by perfect joints.
Conveyor speed: up to 10 meters/minute (adjustable by inverter) equivalent to 80 ~ 100 bottles/minute (depending on bottle size and label size).
Labeling error: ± 1mm.
Bottle diameter: 20 ~ 100 mm – Bottle height: 25 ~ 300 mm
Label length: 15 ~ 200 mm – Label width: 10 ~ 140 mm
The machine is equipped with a stepper motor to ensure that the label is ejected accurately and synchronously with the conveyor speed.
Precise label counting and label flattening claw mechanism. When the machine is broken or almost out of labels, the machine will have a warning signal to let the user know to promptly replace the new label roll.
The machine does not have movable wheels, desktop form (if customers have demand, Nhat Thien will make an extra chassis).
Equipped with small tray to collect finished products.
The main parts of the labeling machine are made of SUS# 304 stainless steel, the rest of the parts are made of high-grade aluminum treated with Anodized technology, easy to clean.
